This season, escape, gather and refresh with celebrations vibrant and diverse in A CITY UNEXPECTED.
Make plans to visit Woodstock and experience vibrant shopping, authentic sounds, and organic tastes this holiday season
Woodstock’s local makers will set up their wares around the grounds of Reformation Brewery and sell their locally made artisan goods directly to the public.
Set beer free and check off your holiday shopping list too.
During this ticketed shopping event in Downtown Woodstock, receive special discounts and festive refreshments at participating merchants. Pick up your holiday tote and coupons at the visitors center. Your ticket purchase enters you to win great prizes as well.
The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta is transforming into a winter wonderland for the 2020 holiday season. It’s the nearest outlet shopping to Atlanta with nearly 100 name brand stores. There will be family movie nights, charming photo ops, holiday characters and even a well-known DJ spinning Christmas classics old and new.
At Alpine Bakery, the cookie possibilities seem endless. With 22 varieties of cookies, some people say they’re showing up. We still think they’ll be on Santa’s nice list though. Get one cookie or one pound. Cookies also come in trays up to 95 piece assortments. Pignoli, Amaretti, Chocolate Espresso, Double Mint Chocolate, Cranberry White, Chocolate Oatmeal… Make your list and check it twice!
At Berry Patch Farms, Christmas is their favorite season. Christmas is all about family, friends and the spirit of giving. They want to give you the experience of spending time with loved ones while you pick out the perfect tree. After cutting down your tree, you will want to rest and sit on the porch eating a warm funnel cake and sipping some hot apple cider!
The gallery wall at the Woodstock Visitors Center will be made into a festive holiday photo booth. While we won’t be able to welcome Santa Claus to the visitors center this year due to social distancing measures, we’re inviting you to gather with loved ones for an unexpected holiday photo.
On Saturday, December 5, enjoy a reverse parade of lights. Instead of parade floats traveling down Main Street, spectators will travel around the stationary float displays at River Ridge High School and Mill Creek Middle School.
See the many lit up holiday floats from the comfort and safety of your vehicle. Make it festive and pack your own cookies and cocoa to enjoy along the way. Bring along your favorite holiday music for a holly jolly sing-along in your car.
Jordan at Truck & Tap has created a smashing good seasonal cocktail menu this winter. There’s no flaming rum punch on the list, but Clarence the Angel would surely find something tasty to get his bell rung!
We bet he would love the Cinnamon Tequila Sour or maybe the Pumpkin Spice White Russian..
