Evacuee Guide

With Florida bracing for Hurricane Michael, the Woodstock Visitors Center and other Woodstock area businesses want to welcome and comfort evacuee guests. Check back because as we learn of offers, we will update this page.

The Woodstock Visitors Center is staffed Mon-Sat 10am to 5pm by Georgia Certified Travel Counselors ready to assist you with lodging and travel information. After hours, evacuees may message Woodstock’s tourism team via @DowntownWoodstock social media for assistance.

If you are evacuating to Georgia, there are important travel resources at www.exploregeorgia.org/travel-alerts.

For information on Woodstock lodging, go to visitwoodstockga.com/hotels. As of Wednesday (9/12) at 2pm, The Fairfield has no rooms available. Comfort Suites, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, and Microtel have some availability.

Go to visitwoodstockga.com/events for information on theater, live music, and more happening this week in Woodstock.
